The enclosed document provides evidence FENOCs guarantee of retrospective premiums that may be served against the B Valley Power Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2 ($15,000,000 each), the Davis-Besse N Power Unit No. 1 ($15,000,000) and the Perry Nuclear Power Plant Unit No. 1
($1 5,000,000) reactor licenses.
