Thank you for your letter of Septeaber 29, 1978, in which you stated that you plan to use Level I QC inspectors for quantitative inspections of con-crete preplacement and placement in accordance with the team concept as referenced in Appendix VII-4100 of ACI 359-ASME,Section III, Division 2.
We have no questions at this time and we will review your utilization of Level I QC inspectors during future IE inspections.
