RESPONSE TO NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-482/97-13 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mr. Maynard:
Thank you for your letter cf May 22,1998, in response to our April 23,1998, letter and Notice of Violation concerning two examples of unauthorized and undocumented welding-related activities and the inadequate control over welding material. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
