This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated October 28, 1993, in response to our letter dated September 29, 1993, which transmitted a request for information associated with Inspection Report No. 50-461/93014. This report summarized the results of a regional initiative inspection of the requalification program at your Clinton Power Station. The transmitted letter requested information concerning how actions taken by your requalification program ensured licensed operators can actually perform, -or direct as appropriate, plant control manipulations.
