Because of an administrative error, charges for the subject inspection report were inadvertentlycollected under two NRC Inspection Reports: 05000458/2007006 and 05000458/2007008.All of the inspection information is contained in NRC Inspection Report 05000458/2007006,which was previously issued on March 15, 2007. Both NRC Inspection Reports:

05000458/2007006 and 05000458/2007008 will be closed with no further documentation.In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, itsenclosure, and your response will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
