ERRATA FOR RIVER BEND STATION - NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 05000458/2003006

Dear Mr. Hinnenkamp:

Please add the attached information associated with Section 1R11, Licensed Operator Requalification (Enclosure), to NRC Inspection Report 05000458/2003006 dated January 29, 2004. The purpose of this change is to provide information that was inadvertently omitted from the Report Details section of the report.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). REPORT DETAILS 1R11 Licensed Operator Requalification (71111.11B)

.1 Biennial Inspection a. Inspection Scope The inspector reviewed the annual operating examination test results for 2003. Since this was the first half of the biennial requalification testing cycle, the licensee had not yet administered the written examination. These results were assessed to determine if they were consistent with NUREG 1021 guidance and Manual Chapter 0609, Appendix I,

"Operator Requalification Human Performance Significance Determination process,"

requirements. This review included examination test results for 17 shift-standing senior operators, 15 staff senior operators, 16 shift-standing reactor operators, and 4 staff reactor operators.

b. Findings No findings of significance were identified.
