Training and Qualification:
This is a'noncited violation (NCV) for failure of the licensee to properly requalify an individual as ~ required by the licensee's Training and Qualification plan.
Four of five prevkous inspection findings were closed.
The one remaining previous open item deals with contractor supervisors being perceived as e
difficult to approach tad communicate with.
This will remain open pending further licensee action.
Three new open items were identified which deal with' access control - search vulnerabi'11 ties, CCTV assessment deficiencies and vital area access control problems.
The' allegation that a security guard was assigned security duties if ter his-training and' qualification certification had expired was substantiated.
A licensee identified violation was cited.
An adverse trend pertaining to the security force turnover rate and certain security equipment defi Lancies were noted.
