An' excellent records and reports system had been established. Required

reporting was completed within the correct time. frames (Section 1.2).

-The test of the emergency power supply indicated that the' system
performed _well (Section 3.2).
- The compensatory measures program was efficiently implemented. The

security officers were well trained on the program requirements
(Section 4.2).
The access control equipment.was adequate to' ensure that personnel and
hand-carried packages were adequately searched (Section 5.2).
The alarm stations were redundant and well protected, and the operators
were alert and well trained (Section 6.2).
A good communications system had been established to meet security
requirements (Section 7.2).
The safeguards' contingency program was effective in ensuring that
threats to the security of the plant would be neutralized (Section 8.2).
