NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-440/98007(DRS))
Dear Mr. Myers:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated May 27,1998, in response to our letter dated April 29,1998, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with two violations of NRC Requirements regarding the failure of an operator to verify the correct tag as specified on the Temporary L',ft Form and the failure to translate a more conservative design basis calculation into the technical specification document at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant. We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
