This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated January 8,1993, in
response to our letter dated December 10, 1992, transmitting a Notice of l
Violation associated with the failure to enter technical specification (TS) 3.0.3 and comply with the associated action statement when secondary

containment bypass leakage TS limits were exceeded at the Perry Nuclear Power i
Plant.
We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time.
These corrective actions will be examined during future
l inspections.
