Resolution of 10 CFR 50.55(e) iters; new 55(e) item -

cable tray supports; procedures for structural backfill; administrative control of open items list; QA canual including QC prccedures for safety related structures and supports; work performance on safety related piping; protection of installed caterial and equipment.

"Ihe inspection involved 52 inspector-hours on site by two NRC inspectors.

Results: Of the seven areas inspected, no apparent items of noncom-pliance or deviations were identified in six areas; one apparent ite= of noncompliance (infraction-failure to follow procedures for protection of installed equipment - Details II, paragraph 4) was identified in one area.

The review by Bechtel and MP&L indicates that no construction deficiency which, were it to remain uncorrected, could have effected adversely the saf ety of operatio'ns of the nuclear power plant at any time throughout the expected lifetime of the plant.~ 1io items of noncompliance were identified.
