subject which indicated that an engineering reanalysis using the

as-built location of reinforcing steel indicated that the structural l-integrity and functional capabilities of the basin ucre not adversely l
affected. A copy of that report is onclosed as Enclosura 2.
RII inspectors follcued up on the licensco's c,losebut of the natter during an inspection in April of 1977. A copy of the pertinent parts of the IE inspection report is enclosed as Enclosure 3.
As indicated in that report provided, RII concludad that the iten was not reportable j
and the itera uss closed.
