Permit Nos. CPPR-ll8 and CPPR-119 for the Grand Gulf Nucicar Station,
Units 1 and 2 facilities, anii to the discussion of our findings held
with Mr. T. E. Reaves, Jr. at the conclusion af the inspection.

Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in
the enclosed inspection report. Within these creac, the inspection
consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
We have examined actions you have taken with regard to previously
identified inspection findings.

to this letter.
