Exit Interview The inspection scope and findings were summarized on April 16, 1982, with those persons indicated in paragraph 1 above.

Licensee Action on Previous Inspection Findings (Cicsed) Unresolved Item (404/82-01-01) Rock Anchor Wire Stress - Relaxation Requirements.

Stress relaxation properties of the prestressing wires for the rock anchor tendons did not appear to be included with tendon documenta-tion.

Review of documentation by the NFC inspector showed that the calcu-lated load loss for the prestressing wire is 6.8 percent and that actual load losses during the thousand hour stress relaxation test varied from 2.9 to 3.9 percent. This item is closed.

Table 3.8.4-3 of the FSAR specifies inspection requirements for the service water reservoir. Documentation was not available at the Unit 3 construction site to verify that all inspection requirements are being met. This item remains open pending examination of inspection documentation on the service water reservoir.
