SHEARON HARRIS NUCLEAR PLANT: OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS REPORT NO. 2-2010-047 AND INSPECTION REPORT 05000400/2011405
Dear Mr. Jefferson:
On September 22, 2010, the NRCs Office of Investigations (OI) initiated an investigation to determine whether security supervisors, employed by Securitas at the Harris Nuclear Plant, willfully failed to take action upon being informed that a security officer was inattentive on March 16, 2008.
OI completed its review on April 18, 2011. Based on the staffs review of the details of the investigation, the NRC has concluded that enforcement action is not warranted in this case.
