Subject: COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION - NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 05000397/2010005 ERRATA
Dear Mr. Reddemann:
It was found that one inspection activitiy was not correctly documented in NRC Inspection Report 05000397/2010005, dated February 8, 2011. The inspection activity in question was in Section 1R22, Surveillance Testing. The item omitted was a surveillance test inspected on October 6, 2010, OSP-HPCS-M101, Fill Verification High Pressure Core Spray System. As a result of this correction, please replace page 18 of NRC Inspection Report 05000397/2010005, with the enclosed page.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter, and its enclosure, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).

.1 Data Submission Issue a.
The inspectors performed a review of the performance indicator data submitted by the licensee for the third Quarter 2010 performance indicators for any obvious inconsistencies prior to its public release in accordance with Inspection Manual Chapter 0608, Performance Indicator Program.
Inspection Scope
This review was performed as part of the inspectors normal plant status activities and, as such, did not constitute a separate inspection sample.
