NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-397/98-03 Thank you for your letter of April 29, 1998, in response to our March 31, 1998, letter and Notice of Violation concerning incomplete procedures for systems specified in Technical Specification 5.5.2 and a failure to take appropriate corrective actions for the control of transient combustibles in the reactor building. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We willreview the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
