The licensee had installed passive barriers according to the

The combination of steel cables,

active and passive gates, barrier posts, buildings, rocks, concrete blocks and use of the terrain, was found to be acceptable in meeting the vehicle bomb rule. (S2.5.1)
The licensee had developed and installed a vehicle barrier
system capable of protecting the plant vital equipment from a vehicle standoff bomb blast threat. (S2.5.2)
The licensee's security plan procedures were acceptable for e
