Independent Inspection Effort ' During this inspection, the inspectors conducted a programmatic review of .the NRC-approved Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan , and the Security Contingency Plan. Observations concerning these plans
are as follows: a.
Physical Security Plan (PSP)
The inspectors determined that the licensee is adequately imple- ] menting the NRC-approved PSP.
Observation 1: A structure within the protected area and addressed in the PSP was not included on a referenced drawing. TrainingandQualificationPlan(T&C), i The inspectors determined that the licensee is adequately imple-i menting the NRC-approved Training and Qualification Plan.
The inspectors found that the licensee had conducted an in-house security Training Records Audit between January 26 and February 11, - 1987. The audit covered a physical review of all entries in the security training files involving crucial tasks, the crucial , security task record book, computer task tracking documents and
i individual training records. The report indicated that approxi- ! mately 45,000 entries were reviewed for accuracy. There were no ' discrepancies and/or errors which could have resulted in a security force member occupying any security position with an expired crucial task certification.
The report indicated that all administrative
errors identified were corrected, c.
Security Contingency Plan (SCP) t The inspector determined that the licensee is adequately implementing the NRC-approved Security Contingency Plan.

Exit Interview i j The inspectors met with licensee representatives listed in paragraph 1 at i the conclusion of the inspection on March 6, 1987. The purpose and scope of the inspection were reviewed and the findings were presented.
At no time during this inspection was written material provided to the ! l licensee by the inspectors.
