Results: Based on this inspection, five items of noncompliance were identi-

fied. The previous-items of noncompliance were closed out. Of the two

allegations, one-was substantiated and resulted in an item of noncompliance (Section 21); the second allegation-(Section 13) was not substantiated. The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC. requirements within the areas examined during'the inspection, except for the following items:
