On the transmittal letter and Summary, the report numbers (nos.) were referenced incorrectly as Inspection Report Nos. 50-325/93-24 and 50-324/93-24 rather than the correct number 50-325/93-42 and'50-324/93-42.
Please attach this letter to that report to identify the correct number.
