SUBJECT: REPORT NOS. 50-325/85-01 AND 50-324/85-01 Thank you for your supplemental responses of April 19, 1985 and May 3, 1985, to our Notices of Violation and Deviation, issued on February 27, 1985, concerning activities conducted at your Brunswick facility. We have evaluated your responses and found that they meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. With regards to the deviation, review of your response indicates the deviation occurred as stated in the Notice of Deviation and the corrective actions stated in your response of April 19, 1985, appear adequate.
We will examine the implementation of your actions to correct the violation and the deviation during future inspections.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
