Mr. Cameron received a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1967; his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School, in 1971; and a M.M.A. from the University of Rhode Island, Kingston, Rhode Island, in 197 Mr. Cameron will serve in an acting capacity pending final SES certification from the Office of Personnel Management.
