Procedure Review The inspector reviewed Surveillance Test Procedure No.
2-OHP 4030 STP.016,
"Reactor Coolant System Leak Test'," and verified that the procedure was technically adequate and consistent with regulatory requirements.
The inspector noted that the licensee had committed to ammending the Surveillance Test to account for changes in Tave during the performance of the test.

Surveillance Re uirements Technical Specifications require that Reactor Coolant System (RCS)
leakage shall be limited to 10 gpm identified leakage and 1 gpm.

The inspector concluded that all Technical Specification requirements were being met.

RCS Ieak Rate Evaluation A three hour RCS water inventory balance was performed on December 2, 1981.
The inspector independently monitored and evaluated leak rate data to verify the licensee's calculation of the leak rate.
There was good agreement between the inspector's and licensee's leak rate calculations as indicated in the following summary (units are in gpm):
