Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter dated October 19, 1981, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-315/81-19 and No. 50-316/81-22 forwarded by our letter dated August 31, 1981.
In regard to your response to item 2, it did not adequately address why reporting requirements com-mitted to in your transmittal letter for LER No. RO-81-044/03L-0 had not been met.
Subsequent to discussions with your staff, we received your letter dated November ll, 1981, explaining your reasons for not reporting these items of noncompliance in the specified time.
We have no further questions at this time and will examine these matters during a subsequent inspection.
