Box 551 Little Rock, Arkansas 72203 Gentlemen: Thank you for your letter of April 23, 1979 in response to our letter and fictice of Violation dated flarch 16, 1979. We have no further questions in regard to items 3, 4 and 5 of the subject flotice Violation and we will review your corrective actions during a future inspection.
However, as a result of our review of your responses to items 1 and 2 of the flotice of Violation, we find that additional information is needed.
Specifically, your response provided steps that you have taken to correct the example cited in items 1 and 2 of the tiotice of Violation but did not address the generic issue regarding steps you have taken, or plan to take, to prevent recurrence of items of noncompliance similar to those identified and which can be confirmed during a future inspection.
Please reply to this issue by providing to us, within 20 days of your receipt of this letter, the additional information requested for items 1 and 2.
