Security Plan; Security Organization; the Protected Area Physical Barriers; Access Control (Identification, Authorization, and Badging); Follow-up on Previous unresolved Items.
The inspection involved twenty-one (21) inspector-hours on-site by one (1) NRC inspector.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within all areas examined during this inspection except for the following.
The Licensee failed to enforce the ISP requirement that all vehicles (LDV)
have the ignition key removed and the LDV cab locked.
