security organization personnel / response; testing and maintenance; physical barriers-vital areas; security system power supply; access control personnel / packages / vehicles; detection aids-vital areas; and independent inspection effort.
Additionally, 6 hours6.944444e-5 days <br />0.00167 hours <br />9.920635e-6 weeks <br />2.283e-6 months <br /> were devoted to allegation followup concerning another NRC licensed facility.
Results:
Two violations of regulatory requirements were identified:
Failure to implement and fully maintain provisions of the approved physical security plan concerning the protection of vital equipment.
Inadequate vital area physical barrier.
