As a' result of inspections conducted by Mr. R. A. Caldwell and Mr. A. B.
Earnest, violations were assessed for lock and key control.
During a telephone call on May 5,1986, OPPD was advised that additional information on corrective actions was.needed.
The District has revised procedures on control of plant keys to ensure positive control of security keys.
The current procedure for central issue of security keys, improved inventory procedures, and a lock and key register eliminate'
I passing of keys from shift to shift.
