Dear Mr. Wadley:
This will acknowledge receipt of your lettc dated August 7,1998, in response to our letter dated July 10,1998, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with inadequate
'
procedural guidance for controlling reactor coolant system temperature and additional identified weaknesses that contributed to the inability to maintain adequate decay heat removal. We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
