NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 50-272/97-21,50-311/97-21 NOTICES OF VIOLATION AND.EXERCISE OF ENFORCEMENT DISCRETION
Dear Mr. Keiser:
This letter refers to your April 3, 1998, correspondence (LR-N980160), in response to in our March 5, 1998, letter regarding the Salem Unit 1 & 2 facilities.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions for the three Notices of Violation, as documented in your letter. The violations involved operator procedure adherence, test control, and improper Technical Specification (TS) surveillance testing.
We will review the effectiveness of your actions in a future inspection.
