Dear Mr. Eliason:
This letter refers to your September 9, 1996 correspondunce, in response to our August 26, 1 996 letter.
- Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions associated with improper material storage, inadequate procedures, operator failure to update the tagging system, operator failure to perform post maintenance tests, and staff failure to initiate a condition resolution report for significant conditions adverse to quality. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
