Dear Mr. Storz:
This letter refers to your July 31, 1996 correspondence (LR-N96224), in response to our June 18, 1996 letter.
We note that you are currently evaluating alternate plans to improve the overall work management process. Thus, you indicated that your commitment on the reference violation was revised from July 31, 1996 to prior to Unit 2 restart. We find this approach acceptable.
