Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced, physical sec.ar ity inspection involving: Management Support, Security Program Plans and Audits; Protected and Vital Area Physical Barriers, Detection and Assessment Aids; Protected and Vital Area Access Control - Personnel, Packages, and Vehicles; Alarm Stations and Co:nmunications; Power Supply; Testing and Maintenance; Security Training and Qualification and Compensatory Measures.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined. We have concluded that the licensee's performance meets regulatory requirements and the security program is adequately implemented and managed. One open item was identified pertaining to the quality of asse,sment aid capabilities.
Security force staffing levels ano the training program meet the security plan commitments.
