799 ROOSEVELT ROAD GLEN ELLYN, ILLINOIS 60137 DEC 3 i 1980 Thank you for your letter dated December 10, 1980, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-255/80-19 forwarded by our letter dated November 13, 198 Paragraph five of our aforementioned letter further requested that you tell us in your reply what actions you plan to take to ensure the implementation of your en-vironmental monitoring procedure As we previously stated in the letter, we are concerned about the numerous examples of failure to follow procedures for environ-mental monitorin Since your corrective action for the third item of noncompliance states that full compliance will be achieved when necessary procedure changes have been completed, and since our inspection found numerous examples of failure to follow procedures, we do not feel this solution is satisfactory unless you can ensure that your environmental monitoring procedures are implemente Please tell us what act-ions you plan to take to ensure the implementation of your environmental monitoring procedure Your cooperation with us is appreciate cc w/ltr dtd 12/10/80:
