Safeguards Branch Inspection Summary Areas Inspected:
Included a review of the licensee's Security Plan as it related to alleged security concerns expressed by members of the guard force.
The inspection involved 42 inspection hours onsite by two NRC inspectors.
This inspection was begun during a day shift period; 10 inspection hours were r~ omplished during offshift periods.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined during this inspection, except for the following Item:
l (1) Physical Barriers - A secondary physical barrier did not provide l
adequate protection (Deficiency).
