l Response; Testing and Maintenance; Locks, Keys, and Combinations; Physical Barriers - Protected Arcas; Physical Barriers - Vital Areas; Access Control -

Personnel; Access Control - Vehicles; Access Control - Packages; Detection Aids - Protected Areas; Detection Aids - Vital Areas; Alarm Stations; Communications; Appendix B; Appendix C; Independent Inspection Effort and Licensee Action on Previous Inspection Findings. The inspection involved 73 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors. The inspection began during the day shift; nine inspector-hours were accomplished during off-shift periods.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the areas examined during the inspection, except for the following two items:

Locks, Keys, and Combinations: The licensee failed to adequately protect some security related keys.
