Facility Organization and Operation, Measurements and Control, Inveatory, Shipping and Receiving, Records and Reports, Internal Controls and Management of Material Control System. The inspection involved 44 inspection-i hours onsite by two NRC inspector (s) and was begun during the regular hours.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the seven areas examined during the inspection except for the following two
items:
(1) Infraction - loss of a fission counter due to insuf ficient pro-l cedures for physical control and accountability for SNM other than fuel; (2)
l Deficiency - failure to correctly update fuel assembly locations on Fuel Location and exposure records (Form B).
