NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-250/91-45 AND 50-251/91-45 Thank you for your response of January 29, 1992, to our Notice of Violation issued on January 2,
1991, concerning activities conducted at your Turkey Point facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of
CFR 2.201.
Additionally, it is our understanding, as stated in the FPL Instrument Setpoint Program, Revision 0, dated November 18, 1991, that safety-related instrumentation setpoints will be gathered ihto a, single Instrumentation Setpoint Drawing with full design basis verified by the end of 1993.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
