Inspection on March 2-6, 1981 (Combined Inspection Report Numbers 50-245/81-04 and 50-336/81-03)

Areas Inspected:

Included an examination of the Security Plan; Security Program Audit; Security Organization; Physical Barriers (Protected and Vitai Areas);

Lighting; Access Controls (Identification, Authorization and Badging); Access Controls (Search); Access Controls (Escorting); Access Controls (Vital Areas);

Alarm Stations; Detection Aids; Assessment Aids; Communications; Cccpensatory Measure's; Power Supply; Response; Locks, Keys and Combinations; Records and Reports. Also, a followup to a previously identified unresolved item and a Immediate Action Letter (IAL 80-28).

The inspection involved 41 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC regional based inspector. The inspection was begun during regular duty hours; 9 inspection hours were performed during off-shift periodr.

Results:

The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 21 areas examined during this inspection.
