INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-244/93-08 This letter refers to your August 23, 1993 correspondence, in response to our July 22, 1993 letter.
Your correspondence describes appropriate actions, preventive maintenance activities and planned detection methods to enable early identification of degradation or failures similar to the Crane Company, Model 101 valve failures that were the subject of an enforcement conference and response to the issued violation.
