Based on a teleconference call July 16, 1982, with Mr. DelGeorge and others of your staff, we understand you will submit a supplemental report on items of noncompliance numbers 1, 2, and 3.
This report will he submitted to our office within 30 days after our conference call of July 16, 1982.

Regarding noncompliance items 4, 5, and 6, we will examine these matters during a subsequent inspection.
