Inspection Report No. 50-220/91-80 This refers to your. letter dated February 18, 1992, in response to our letter dated January 10, 1992.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter and also th'e commitment dates for the resolution of the unresolved issues.
These actions willbe examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
As requested in your letter, "reply to notice of violation as contained in inspection report 50-220/91-80," we are reviewing your response to violation 50-220/91-80-001 regarding inadequate testing of emergency diesel generators.
We note that your staff has contested this violation.
The results of our review willbe provided to you at a later date.
