Inspection No. 50-220/78-22 This refers to your letter dated August 13, 1979, in response to our letter dated May 2, 1979, and to a subsequent telephone discussion between Mr. Orr of your staff and Mr. Bailey on August 31, 1979. The matters discussed during this conversation are contained in the enclosure to this letter.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actirns will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice." Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of jour con-trol and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and your facility security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the enclosure to the referenced letter and the enclosure to this letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
