Security Plan, Security Organization, Physical Barriers (Protected Area), Physical Barriers (Vital Areas), Lighting, Access Control (Identification, Authorization and Badging), Access Control (Search), Access Control (Escorting), Access Control (Vital Areas), Alann Stations, Assessment Aids, Communications, Compensatory Measures, Locks Keys and Combinations, a review of allegations made by a fonner watchman and review of licensee actions relative to I&E Circulars 78-04 and 78-17.
The inspection was begun during regular hours and consisted 6f 36 regular hours and 4

off shift hours by one regional based inspector.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the 16 functional areas examin~ed.
