Areas Ins 3ected: Security Plan, Security Program Audit, Security Organization, Physical 3arriers (Protected Areas), Physical Barriers (Vital Area), Lighting, Access Centrol (Identification, Authorization, and Badging), Access Control (Escorting), Access Control (Search), Access Control (Vital Areas), Alam Stations, Detection Aids, Assessment Aids, Comunications, Testing and Mainten-ance, Compensatory Measures, Response, Locks, Keys, and Combinations, and, Records and Reports. A followup inspection of corrective actions relevant to previously identified items of noncompliance and a review of licensee actions taken as a result of IE Bulletin 79-16 was also accomplished. The inspection was initiated during an offshfft period (6:35 a.m.).
