4. Licensee Commitments * The licensee will provide documentation for those individuals whom they feel should be exempted from the theory upgrade portion of the progra NRC will be informed of the details of the independent third party eval-uation when details are finalize The licensee will provide the names of individuals who will not complete the short term program prior to renewal with justification for why each individual license should be renewed prior to completion of that progra . NRC Commitments No licenses will be renewed routinely at Connecticut Yankee until candi-dates have completed the short term requalification program. NRC will evaluate individual exemptions on a case basis. NRC may participate in the third party evaluation depending on what final arrangements are made. }}
