Inspection Summary:

Areas Inspected:

Security Organization; Physical Barriers (Protected Area);

Physical Barriers (Vital Area); Lighting; Access Control (Identification, Author-ization, Badging); Access Control (Viltal Areas); Communications; and, Compensa-tory Measures.

The inspection involybd 54 inspector-hours onsite by two regional based inspectors.

The inspection was initiated during off hours; 10 inspector-

hours were accomplished during offshift periods.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the eight (8) areas examined except for the following three items:

Access Controls (Vital Area) - A vital area door was found unlocked and unattended (Infraction).
