Inspection 60-29/81-18 This refers to your letter dated Decer.ber 28, 1981, in response to our letter dated Decerber 4,1981.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
We have revieweri your request to rescind the flotice of Violation enclosed with the subject inspection report. As discussed between Mr. R. Cerry of your staff and tir. T. Foley of this office on January 12, 1982, it is our position that the failure to administer exartinations to each ifcensed operator as specified in 10 CFR 55 was correctly classified as a Severity Level VI Violation.
