You also indicated in your letter that nonsampliance should not be associated with items 2, 3, and 4 of Infraction A.2.
While you indicate estemaating circienstanees existed, Infraction A.2 related to surve111anse sheeks which were prematurely signed off as completa wham in fast portions of the test still remained to be completed. Your corrective actions indicate a mothed er system will be developed to f
assure esopletten of the emitted portians of tests prier to pisat startup.
l With respost to Deficiency B.3, your letter stated that " full complianse with Technical Spesifications requirements was achieved without the cheek of eardinal points." This state-meat may be valid insofar as spesif ts calibration requirements in the Technical Spesifiestions are conce ned8 however, it is considered not applicable in light of the posedure require-meats of Section 6.2.A of the Teebnical Specifications. the surveillance test was reviewed and signed off as complete when all stape of the approved procedure had act been performed, nor had a procedura reviaton been loseed as required. Your identified correctiva astians indisate that appropriata procedure changes will be made.
